BenRiach 25yo
This is the classic (unpeated) BenRiach 25yo, matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in a combination of virgin oak and ex-sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.8%.
Nose: Rich honey, spices, apples with a combination of superb oak-wood notes.
Palate: A rich cocktail of honey, Oloroso sherry, cocoa and apples, supported by a almonds and cocoa.
Finish: Drying with wood spice and lingering fruits.
